This is in Bucerias on the north side of the plaza, in the neighborhood called Playas de Huanacaxtle. (It is not in the village of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, even though "Huanacaxtle" appears in both names.)
The owner is a very nice British fellow (Nick), who planned to build his home here. However, he has remarried a lovely British lady and they will be living in England. Plans and priorities change.
So he has no use for the lot now. This is a good buy, priced to sell, at just $250 USD per square meter (382 sq meters = $96,000 USD - 4,112 sq feet), in a good location close to the beach.

New Listing - Delcanto 2 Bedroom Corner
Robert:
This just went into the MLS systems here last week. It's one of the most tastefully decorated condos I have ever seen. And I have seen hundreds of condos.
It is realistically priced, all included, turn key. $369,000 USD
The corner of the building wraps around a bit, so that you have a dramatic view of the ocean not only from the terrace but also from the master bedroom.

Daylight Savings Time - Different in Mexico, But Detestable All The Same
I'm one of the many people who detest DST. It always feels especially absurd
in the tropics, where days are always long enough anyway.
I just can't stand mid-summer daylight lasting until almost 9 p.m. It's weird and unnatural, and messes up my sleep patterns.
But, in Mexico at least it starts a month later than the USA. For us, it starts this year on Sunday, April 5th.
Blah. Bah.
John Oliver says it better than I could:
